Shipping Times

• Standard Orders: Orders will typically be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment.
• Pre-Orders: Items Marked as "Pre Order" may take 3-6 weeks to ship
• Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be provided.

U.S. Shipping Carriers

•We work with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS and FedEx to fulfill our orders. Once your order has shipped, Teseworld is not responsible for any delays, lost or stolen packages, or damages that may occur during transit.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it.

Returns and Exchanges

While all sales are final, we offer exchanges for unworn products with original tags still intact and in original packaging.

Custom Orders

Please allow 3-6 weeks for custom painted orders, depending on the amount of orders time frames may vary.
